Highlights From the ISPI Annual Conference

For many years, ISPI has been the leading international association dedicated to improving performance and productivity in the workplace.  Two of our ISPI-Utah chapter leaders, Margaret Korosec and Travis Jordan, recently attended the annual ISPI Performance Improvement Conference in San Francisco.  Please join us at they share highlights from this exciting conference and discuss trends impacting the field of performance improvement.   

Margaret has experience with projects in change management, process flow evaluation and performance improvement. She taught English as a second language in Austria for over 5 years. Currently, Margaret is sourcing dynamic and engaging eLearning resources for Western Governors University.

 

 

Travis currently oversees the performance improvement, learning, and total quality initiatives for FamilySearch — a worldwide non-profit genealogical services organization.  Travis holds a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology from Utah State. He has delivered numerous presentations at conferences, including ASTD Techknowledge, eLearning DevCon, and local ASTD and ISPI chapter meetings. He specializes in eLearning development & technologies, instructional design, and human performance improvement.
