Performance Improvement Impact Measurement

 In his presentation, Chad will discuss the process of aligning objectives with bottom-line impacts in a way that not only enables measurement but also ensures alignment of programs with business objectives. Chad Checketts is Chief Operating Officer for Humentum and has focused his career on driving measurable results by enhancing organizational alignment.  This focus on the twin disciplines of measurement and alignment has enabled him to produce improvement wherever he has applied his skills.  He has worked in the organization development and training field for HJ Heinz, RJR Nabisco and AC Nielsen for more than 25 years and has consulted with and designed / delivered programs for Fortune 500 companies at all levels of organization responsibility on a wide-ranging list of topics.  He works with teams and individuals to measurably improve performance and associated bottom-line productivity. His experience both inside large corporations and as an entrepreneur gives him a unique / valuable perspective. Mr. Checketts has an MBA from Brigham Young University and received his BS in Economics.  He has had international experience and is fluent in Japanese.
